Hi, I’m Autumn Celeste.
I’m a communications strategist and multi-disciplinary creative working at the intersection of authenticity, innovation, and impact. For nearly four years, I’ve supported social impact organizations in building communications strategies and systems — and I’ve seen firsthand how under-resourced, under-valued, and under-funded communications departments often are in this sector.
At my current organization, I was hired as a Communications and Development Coordinator — the first communications professional on staff. From day one, it was clear there was no existing foundation for a communications department. No systems. No structure. No documented workflows.
So I had to build it from scratch.
Within six months, I was promoted to Communications Director, having designed and implemented the structure, systems, and workflows needed to support a growing organization without relying on burnout or ad-hoc solutions.
